BIOINFORMATICS

The CCHMC Genomics Sequencing Facility has partnered with the Bioinformatics Collaborative Services (BCS) group in Information Services for Research (IS4R) to facilitate analysis of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. Information about the BCS can be found on their CenterLink site.
