Logins to the CCHMC Genomics Sequencing Facility interface utilize CCHMC network IDs for internal investigators, or StratoCore email addresses for external investigators. Please enter the appropriate information below.

For external (non-CCHMC) investigators, if you have forgotten your StratoCore password, you can reset it by sending an email to help-cores@bmi.cchmc.org.

As of July 1, 2020, the Cincinnati Childen's Research Foundation has made the decision to discontinue our DNA Extraction and Archival service. All Nucleic Acid extractions should now be requested from either:

• CCHMC Discover Together BioBank (Public Site) - Research or Clinical Samples

or the


• Laboratory of Genetics and Genomics (Clinical Samples only)

We will work with investigators to transfer sample tubes and sample information for currently extracted/archived samples to one of these laboratories. Please contact us at (513) 636-2801 or dnacore@cchmc.org to discuss this transfer.
